This past month, Max at Kierland, a six-storey Class A office building located in Scottsdale, Arizona was awarded its second consecutive BOMA Outstanding Building of the Year Award in the 250,000-499,999 square foot category. The Office Building of the Year “TOBY” Awards Program has been identified as the most prestigious of its kind in the commercial real estate industry and recognizes quality by awarding excellence in the daily management of the office building.
Max at Kierland faced some strong competition this year, Anchor Center, Biltmore Commerce Center and Portales Corporate Center I were all considered for this distinguished award.
